The 2015 edition of the Zagreb Energy Week takes place from the 11th to the 16th of May with the aim of including all generations and stakeholders in a long-term fight against climate change. The main organizator is the City of Zagreb, together with numerous other institutions among which the Craft College (Obrtničko učilište) and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, partners of the BU.G.S. project.
On 12th of May 2015, the Director of the College, Dražen Maksimović, and Danijel Đekić talked about the project BU.G.S Building Green Skills in the presentation “Application of the EU model in green skills”. Matija Zidar, from the University of Zagreb – Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, presented the Green Skills Bottlenecks Identification Model that partners are developing within the project.
The presentation was attended by Head of the Department for Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development of the City of Zagreb and his staff, representatives of the Chamber of Crafts Krško (SI), the Regional Energy Agency of Northwestern Croatia, Chamber of Trades and Crafts Zagreb, the Association of Craftsmen of Zagreb, as well as numerous other guests.
